Upgrade StorageProblems with Login User Name
Hi folks,
I've updated my Zotero 1.07 to 1.5pre3.2 today and tried to sync my database. Doing so I got syncing errors. To solve the problem I had to change my Zotero forum name. My name was "Thomas W." and the forum server does accepted it. But to do the sync I had to change to "Thomas_W". It seems to me that the sync server doesn't accept either points nor spaces in the user name but the forum server do so. I do find this a little bit bemusing.

frl_smillaThe forum server accepts dots, the sync server doesn't. I had the same problem using frl.smilla instead of frl_smilla.

dstillmanRejection of usernames with periods is now fixed in the latest trunk build, and the fix will be included in the next release. Thanks.
