Where do I add page numbers?
I cite a book several times in my paper. When I use the Word add-in it brings in the correct citation but I'd like to have the page number as well. However when I add it manually it doesn't appear properly when I generate a bibliography.
I'm using the Unified Style Sheet for Linguistic Journals.
My bibliographic reference might look like this:
Pennycook, Alastair. 2007. “The Rotation Gets Thick. The Constraints Get Thin”: Creativity, Recontextualization, and Difference. Applied Linguistics 28(4). 579–596.
While my inline citation might look like this: (Pennycook, 2007:580)

aurimasSo what you show above is supposed to be incorrect? Or is that what you want it to look like? (It looks correct to me)

kanyimbeYes, that is what I would like. And I can manually add the :580. But then that gets overwritten if I refresh my footnotes.

aurimasSee if this helps https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage#page_and_other_locators (the actual format of how the page number shows up is dictated by the citation style, so you might have to find a style that does what you want exactly or modify it yourself)

kanyimbeThank you for your help. I'll check it out.
