Hi,

Each time that I try to open Zotero in Firefox (31.0), it crashes. The report says this:

    This is more a Firefox problem than a Zotero one. From the looks of it, there's some plugin installed in Firefox that's causing it to crash. Go to the Plugins section of the Firefox Add-ons window and disable anything you don't recognize (or, better yet, uninstall it, but you'll have to seek help elsewhere for that).

    You should also make sure that anything that you do need is up to date, which might require going to the respective plugin websites.

    This could probably also be due to malware on your system, so running a malware checker would probably be a good idea.
