Upgrade StorageBookmarks incompatible between plugin versions 1.0b4 and 2.0a1
Bookmarks are incompatible between plugin versions 1.0b4 (VBA/MS word) and 2.0a1 (Python/OpenOffice). The Openoffice plugin apparently names them "ZOTERO_xxxxx" while the MS word plugin uses names like "ZOTERO_BREF_xxxxx".
