Ctrl/Cmd-shift-S on web-based pdf files

It would be nice of you could use Ctrl/Cmd-shift-S while browsing a web-based pdf file (in FF) to add the pdf file to the library. See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/35768/pdf-import-from-url (apparently it's planned already!)

if you're not using Standalone, you can set up a shortcut for "Save Webpage Item" in Zutilo: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/zutilo-utility-for-zotero/ that will do that.
The issue is mainly what to do about adding PDFs from the connectors (i.e. Chrome/Safari)
