Rename Standalone Notes Capability

Standalone Notes are "named" with the first words of the note. It would be nice to be able to rename them.

I understand that most "citeable" sources have the Title near the beginning, which makes a good title for the citation, but Standalone Notes, not so much.

    I'm not sure I follow. Right now you can rename your notes by simply editing the first line of the note in question. Another way to put this is that if you think of the first line of text in your note it is, in almost every sense, the same thing as if you had a separate title field.
