Upgrade StorageTransportation Research Record problems issue# & issn

When importing an individual article record there are 2 problems:
1 the issue field is getting filled with "-1". There are no numbered issues. Each "issue" receives a new volume number.
2. The ISSN is missing. It appears that the ISSN isn't included in either of the metadata options. It is, however, included with each article abstract page.
It would be nice to have the "-1" omitted from the Zotero record to save a bit of editing. The ISSN is less important to me but would be nice to have.
