Identifier for ISBN find nothing

Zotero can't find any ISBN entries via Identifier, not in LoC, WorldCat, etc. I get the Message "Zotero konnte keinen Eintrag für den angegeben Identifier finden. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Identifier und versuchen Sie es erneut."
Direct search find the required books in WC or LoC; I use Zotero AddIn for Firefox, 4.0.21.5

What can I do? Thanks for help.

Can you provide a Debug ID for a lookup attempt that fails?

That's a Report ID (and not a valid one at that — be sure to copy and paste rather than trying to retype). We need a Debug ID.

I can reproduce this with the Firefox 24 ESR. It works with Firefox 31. Someone will look into this, though note that Firefox 31 is also an ESR, so if you're able to upgrade to that, that would fix the problem.
