Can't sync

Its a new computer and I have been trying to set up zotero. However everytime I try to sync firefox freezes.

    Let it finish. A temporary freeze isn't unexpected for a large sync under the current sync architecture.

    The point is that it cannot finish and the error sign keeps coming up everytime I sync.

    OK, well, then that's a different issue you'd have to tell us about, and we'd need a Report ID after you get the error.
