Blank Citations Style when I try to insert citation

Hey there. Zotero standalone has worked fine for me for ages, but recently I've been having trouble inserting citations. Whenever I try to add a citation in word, the Document Preferences window pops up but the citations style box is blank and it won't let me proceed. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling zotero, reinstalling the word add-in (both from the Zotero standalone and from Word) but nothing has worked. Appreciate any help please!

    Never mind -- fixed. Had to manually reinstall the styles. Thanks anyhow.

    Though that's not normal behavior (to lose styles, that is) and you may be experiencing other issues. Is your Zotero data directory in its default location? (Check under Preferences -> Advanced -> Files and Folders)
