If it's not a chronic issue, there's no need to report it. Occasional glitches during syncing are perfectly normal. Recent versions of Zotero retry many of them automatically, though a few still aren't retried, in which case you'll get a sync error. Future versions will be better about retrying more errors automatically. In the meantime, just click sync again or let it auto-sync and don't worry about it.
