Recording error with Wyley Online Library

I am using Firefox + Zotero on a Macbook Air (mountain lion).
When I try to record a new reference from Wiley Online Library, I get a recording error message. I log in Wiley via a multisite access, the biblioplanets portal providing by CNRS. I use it also to access to Science direct with no problem in Zotero.

The error report number is 796576425.

    Dan will take a look at your Error Report, but in the mean time, run through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues (basically to make sure everything is up to date) You already provided most of the info from the last step, but provide the rest if you can. If you don't use a proxy, can you import metadata (it won't fetch the PDF, but you should be able to get meta).

    I already checked the troubleshooting translator issues page and everything is up to date on my computer. I get the same error if I don't use a proxy with the report error number :

    this works for me. What are your version numbers for Zotero and Firefox? Do you have Standalone open when you try?

    maud_leriche: Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a save attempt (without a proxy) that fails?
