Uploaded Data not well formed- (FF Plugin) ID 1651798825
Hi all,
we have 1 User who apparently has one or more incorrect entries in his own library. We also use a Group Library on our own Zotero Server. This user cannot open any pdfs or other documents in the Group Library.
Error Messages: "Could not find attached File."
"Java Script Error: Uploaded Data not well formed "
"file:chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/sync.js line 652"
If we delete his personal library, he can sync & access all attachments in the Group Library without any problems. As he has a ton of entries, is there a way to determine which one(s) is/are the malformed one (Without deleting one by one & syncing after each delete?)
We use: Zotero 4.0.19, Firefox Plugin (Firefox ESR 24.6)
Already tried:
-reinstall plugin
-delete & restore Personal Library
-empty all trash
-check User's Access Rights on group database
-repair database (no errors found)
Thanks for your ideas!
Cheers
Nora

Thank you for you prompt answer.
We are using our own xpi, which points to our local zotero server for group libraries.
All Users have the same plugin & FF versions. No one else experiences this problem.
Do you have any other suggestions regarding how to pinpoint the malformed entry?
Appreciate you help,
Cheers

I'm pretty sure that if there is a way to figure this out, it'd be server-side.
Cheers,
Nora
