Spanish Legal Style Bugs

Hi there: The Spanish Legal Style is ok when citing books etc. (<if type="bill book graphic legal_case legislation motion_picture report song" match="any">) concerning the "access macro" fields (date and URL). For instance:

M. D. Evans, Manual on the wearing of Religious Symbols in Public Areas, Council of Europe Pub., Strasbourg, 2009, fecha de consulta 12 julio 2014, en http://www.coe.int/t/dghl/standardsetting/hrpolicy/Publications/Manuals_religious_symbols_eng.pdf.

However, when citing articles (<else-if type="article-journal article-magazine article-newspaper broadcast interview manuscript map patent personal_communication song speech thesis webpage" match="any">)it appears the date, but not the URL. See for instance:

R. Palomino Lozano, “Comentario Jurisprudencia.

After reviewing the csl file I've seen no bugs anywhere (probably due to my lack of experience). Any help? Thank you very much.
