I have edited a document on both the online zotero and standalone. When I try to sync them and choose to merge the versions, it will not let me and gives me the following error message: Tag null name is empty in Zotero.Tag.save()

Any idea what I can do to make it sync properly? I thought as long as I chose a version of the document, it would work.

    The conflict is unrelated to the error. (See Repeated Conflicts.)

    Check your database integrity from the Advanced -> Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences and let us know if that fixes the problem. If not, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails.

    It said there is no problem with database integrity. How do I provide a debug ID? I apologize, when I did it before it only showed me the error code.

    OK, first things first, I missed that this is 4.0.15. That's from November 2013 and many versions behind the current version. So first upgrade to the latest version, currently 4.0.21.5. If you still have trouble after that, we can look further.

    Okay, I updated the software and tried to sync again. The same error came up, debug ID: D1804926062.
