Upgrade StorageTitle Sort Order
It seems that the sort order for item titles has been changed.
I often prepend !!!- to a title, which used to cause the title to be displayed at the top of the collection's items list.
But a recent update (not sure which one) seems to have changed this, the sort order now seems to ignore the non alphanumeric characters.
Was this intentional? Can it be changed back?

DWL-SDCAI switched to using numbers that begin with zero to accomplish this.
