Add item by identifier- not working

Hi,

Everything was working perfectly fine, but today I am unable to add items by identifier (doi, PMID). I have tried to trouble shoot with what is available here (reinstall etc) but it still does not work. The Debug ID is D583712755. Can anyone help?

Any workaround available? I think there is a big need for everybody in the identifier.

only workaround right now would be to go to the respective pages and use the web translator. I'd expect a quick fix, though.

This was fixed yesterday. If you're still having this problem, make sure Zotero is updated to version 4.0.21.2 and restart Firefox/Zotero.

My Zotero won't update to 4.0.21.2 It is on 4.0.21.1

I press the 'update' button and it says 'updated' but that's where it stays.

Firefox version 30, using the MS Word plugin

Never mind - fixed - downloaded the plugin and re - installed.
