Upgrade StorageUser interface language on Windows
How do I change the user interface language in zotero? It automatically uses Chinese, but the primary language of my system is English.

But also, which Windows version? Is this Zotero in Firefox or Standalone? If Firefox, do you have the Chinese version of Firefox?
From the link you given above, There is "In Zotero Standalone, the interface language defaults to matching the operating system's language." However, my OS's default language is English. In this case, it's probably a bug in Gecko.
For my individual case, this has been solved by changing the language. But you might want to keep an eye on the default language settings.
