Joomla with Zotero

Hello, I'm new to ZOtero, so I don't know much of it, I installed the firefox plugin and im starting to see how it works. My quesition is:
Is it possible to make a website developed in Joomla be compatible with Zotero, so that can Firefox Zotero extension can recognize?

    I am not familiar with Joomla but I can point out some of the best open standerds to employ in making a site Zotero compatible. Generally the best way to make your content Zotero compatible is to employ some sort of embedded Metadata, something like COinS, or unAPI.

    If you have the inclination you could probably work up some sort of plugin for Joomla, or you could reach out to their development community and see if they could help you.
