MathSciNet snapshot missing

It used to be that the MathSciNet translator kept a snapshot of the webpage (which contains the review) as an attachment, but not anymore. As far as I can tell, this functionality was lost with the Feb 7, 2013 update of AMS MathSciNet.js.

I added this fix in with the BibTeX changes (since it relies on MR numbers in Extra). If those BibTeX changes don't go through, we can fix it in some other way.
