adding book sections to already existing books

new here, so sorry if the answer is obvious, but:

how do I manually add book sections to the books that are already in the library?

    so what do people do - look for the exact ref to the chapter on the internet?

    Sure, or they manually enter the data. If you have access to rich information for the book, just make a few duplicates of the item, change the type to "book section," and modify the data as needed.

    thanks, that works. is there also a simpler way to duplicate an item in the library rather than "finding" it again?
