can't see my citation

I am using Zotero4.0.20.2 for Firefox 29.0.1 on my iMac running Mavericks (10.9.3). I just lost the ability to see any of my references. I can access Zotero through the Z on the upper tool bar or through tools menu. An information box opens on the bottom of the Firefox screen like usually, but it is completely blank. When I look at the preferences under the add-ons manager, everything looks okay. What is going on?

    Disable all other add-ons in Firefox, restart Firefox and see if that helps.

    Disabled a new extension from Dashlane (version 2.4.1.62949). Is there any known conflict? I will also ask the company that makes Dashlane.

    That's not a known conflict, no, but it's impossible to keep track of all possible conflicts. Zotero is pretty meticulous in following FF standards, so chances are the problem is with Dashlane.

    Sorry, yes that fixed my problem with Zotero. I am now able to see my references and add new ones. I will copy our txts to Dashlane. They make a program to track and securely store passwords with add ons for Firefox, Safari, etc on computers as well as iOS devices.
