informe de error

no se me sincroniza zotero, reinicio todo varias veces y nada. me aparece este informe de error 1378087770
qué debo hacer? gracias!

    No, re-read the instructions. You have to start the logging, sync, wait for the error to occur, and then immediately submit the output.

    Did you check your system clock and time zone? They both need to be correct for syncing to work.

    i don´t know what does "system clock and time zone" means. if it refers to mi pc system, its ok. the problem i have is i can´t open -in my job pc- the docs i had uploaded through my notebook at home.

    The "system clock and time zone" means the time and time zone of your PC, yes. They need to be set exactly for file syncing to work.

    If you think they are, can you provide another Debug ID for a sync attempt that fails?

    First, you're using an outdated version of Firefox, 27.0.1. You should upgrade to the latest version, 30, though it's unlikely to help with this.

    But I believe the error you're getting points to a refused connection from a proxy server. Are you connecting via a proxy server? Check your system proxy settings and then restart Firefox.
