cannot retrieve metadata for pdf

hello
i can't retrieve metadata anymore for any new imported PDF file on Zotero and i always get : this app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher

I have this id error D179775902

    Is your Zotero data directory inside a Dropbox folder? Or is it otherwise shared between multiple computers?

    Open your Zotero data directory via Preferences -> Advanced -> Files and Folders -> Show data directory. Close Zotero/Firefox. Delete pdfinfo and pdfextract files in the data directory. Start Zotero and reinstall the pdf tools via Preferences -> Search

    That's a big no-no. I assume that when you say "was", you mean that you've changed it. In either case, see https://www.zotero.org/support/sync#alternative_syncing_solutions
