    This is not related to Zotero itself. Try disabling your Zotero extensions.

    And you have disabled all of your Zotero add-ons/extensions?

    We'll need to see a Report ID with all other extensions disabled. There's no need to post the actual errors — just the ID will do.

    I don´t know how to disable the extensions.
    Perhaps, it´s in the options section of the Firefox or in the Zotero Options/Actions?

    for Zotero, this is simply under Tools --> add-ons --> extensions.
