Problem with the words pluging in Firefox 29

Hi, I've updated the Firefox, however when I try to update the plug-in for word in windows, it pointed out that the file is corrupted. Is there something wrong with the Word's pluging (3.1.16) for Windows ?

    No, there's nothing wrong with it. Clear your Firefox cache and try redownloading, or download the XPI from another browser and drag it into Firefox. If that doesn't help, try Mozilla's troubleshooting steps.
