To my knowledge nobody has (it is also absent from the style repository: www.zotero.org/styles).

The layout differs a bit from most styles I've encountered, but if I've got some spare time I might be able to adapt a style to match the examples given in the guide (which are only given for journal articles and book chapters though).

Thanks. I just uploaded the style to the repository. I only verified correct formatting of journal articles and chapters, as those were the only examples given in the (very concise) reference guide.
