can't get word pluging to show up in the tool bar

I have installed zotero for firefox and the plugin for word but it will not show in the word tool bar.

I have tried manually putting the file in STARTUP but it still does not show.

Looked for it using the customize button but it is not there.

    First, try re-installing from the Cite tab of the Zotero preferences.
    Also make sure you're looking in the right place - the Zotero word add-on is in the "Add-ins" tab of Word.

    If you've done that and still don't see the toolbar, best guess is that the folder called "STARTUP" isn't actually your Word's startup folder. See the instructions at the bottom here: https://www.zotero.org/support/windows_word_plugin_manual_installation_instructions on how to locate your Word startup folder (not the default paths, but the instructions starting with "Click the Microsoft Office Button")

    Hi I have tried reinstalling from Cite tab of the zotero preferences no joy.

    But I can not find the Add-ins tab of word?
