I have a library on zotero.org but cannot get it to sync to computer

Twice, after Firefox update, the zotero icon disappeared. I redownloaded zotero, but it has an empty library and I have tried in vain to "Restore from Zotero Server" (where my library does exist) and also to search for a larger local zotero library on my computer (does not exist).

Any tips would be appreciated to get the original library back in my zotero library in Firefox.

    How exactly did you search? It's very unlikely that your library disappeared without you explicitly deleting some folders.

    How exactly is it not working? Do you get an error?

    Thanks for the quick reply. I searched for "zotero.sqlite" (following a thread in this forum for how to make sure I'm not pointing to the wrong library).
    Actually, it syncs successfully but my local library remains empty.

    Are you certain that you can see items in your online library? https://www.zotero.org/heng.yin/items/ If so, you might be using an incorrect username. If you're sure you're using the same username/password to log in to the forums and to sync your Zotero, then please provide a Debug ID for an attempt to sync your account (i.e. clicking the green circular arrow at the top right of the Zotero window)

    I did that and meanwhile realized I was using "hengyin" instead of "heng.yin". Problem solved, thanks!!!
