Struggling to create bibliography with Word 2010 plugin.
I am pretty certain that my issue is more connected to Word 2010 than to Zotero but I'm not sure but I am sure that others will have been here before and I hope someone may point me in the right direction.
I am using a Harvard style. I want to create my bibliography with a hanging indent with each reference source.
I have a style in Zotero which works just fine if I copy the bibliography to the clipboard and then paste it in my document.
Using the plugin I can paste citations in the text and the bibliography is assembled by the plugin at the location I select at the end of the paper.
However, the bibliography is not formatted with the desired hanging indent.
I highlight the bibliography, select the hanging indent desired and all looks fine until I either add a new citation to the body of the paper or select the refresh bibliography icon for the plugin. In either case the hanging indent format I previously applied is removed.
I'm certain that this is a trivial thing but it has now assumed mega-proportions for me as I'm not sure how to fix it. Not knowing whether it Word or Zotero that is doing the change is also a problem.
I have the same Zotero style selected in the Zotero Sert Document Preferences AND in Zotero itself.
All help gratefully and humbly welcomed.

I switched to 'Format using Fields' and the formatting is now following the style in Word although that still begs the question which style is being used when using the Bookmarks option...
