I get this error all the time:

Everything seems to be working alright otherwise.

    Cannot change existing linkMode for item 1375578/KZC9HNCK
    I'd guess that you used a buggy beta version of ZotFile.

    Search for that attachment item by pasting 'KZC9HNCK' into the Zotero quick search bar in All Fields & Tags mode, delete it, and empty the trash.

    You should also upgrade to Zotero 4.0.19 and deinstall the ZotFile Beta if you still have it installed.
