Broken translator for Web of Science?

Hello, the translator for Web of Science seems to be broken on Zotero for Firefox. Basically, when the little article icon is clicked, the screen comes up saying that the reference is being imported, but it doesn't appear in the Zotero library. I've disabled all unrelated plugins, but the problem continues.

Actually, it looks like there were some other past threads on this too.

I wonder if it's actually saving the proxies incorrectly. proge, could you check the Proxies pane of the Zotero preferences and let us know what appears in the list?

You should also check the section about cookies on the Troubleshooting Translators Issues page and make sure you have your Firefox settings configured as it says, but based on the other reports that's unlikely to be the issue.

And just to make sure this is the same issue, it'd be good if you could verify that JSTOR also fails for you.

Also, it just batch downloaded unrelated articles from Web of Science. Unfortunately I had turned off the log, but will try to replicate it.

Hmm, well, I'd still guess it's the same issue. You're getting the WoK sign-in page, which presumably you should never see if the proxy is working correctly.
