some features like add on for entering ISBN and DOI are missing

I have a problem operating zotero firefox as some add on for entering ISBN or DOI are missing especially in Group Library where i want to add or export files from my individual account/library, While these features are present in my individual account. Please troubleshoot this issue

    this works for groups the same way as for your library - the item just goes into the currently selected collection. If that's not working we'll need you to describe in some more detail what you're trying to do exactly and how.

    Yeah. It works in same way both for group and for Individual library. But some how its not working when i am logging in to group library. Actually i want to transfer my files from my library to group library. I am not getting any option to transfer the files in group library.

    Sounds like you're trying to do this in zotero.org. Use the Zotero client instead.

    i have tried Zotero client also. it does not help either.
