Upgrade StorageHelp - I've lost 90% of my library!
I'm not sure how this happened, but I opened my account after a couple of months of not using it and 90% of my library had disappeared. Does anyone know what the problem might be, and whether I can restore the database to a previous date?

Check your library online at zotero.org and see if your whole library is there.
Otherwise, if you didn't explicitly make a backup, see https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#restoring_from_the_last_automatic_backup Though mostly, just take a look at the sizes and timestamps of whatever .bak files you can find (and report here). Also make a backup of those files as soon as possible, since they may be automatically overwritten.
