syncing new papership with zotero and school box

I can't figure out how to sync the pdf's that are automatically uploaded to my schools box (assuming its the same as the general box but filtered through the university) after I link them in my mac's zotero with the papership on my Ipad. Since I just linked my zotero with my box only a few have been uploaded to the box so far and the pdf's that were linked to the zotero website show up in my papership, but not the newer ones using my box.

What am I doing wrong?
  • sorry, but you may need to describe what you mean by "school's box" - do you mean a campus computer, or a server set-up by your school or something else?
  • Sorry about that, I figured I didn't explain it well. So there is box.com that allows you to store files and pics, etc on the internet (sort of like the cloud) and mine is technically through the university I attend so it has the university domain attached to the http. But I can't seem to set this up with the papership because it says it should be a webDAV and I think Zotero says the same thing. So what I did (because I had zotero first and added the box second and now trying to combine it all with papership on my tablet) is I added the the "box" to zotero.

Does this make sense? I might just have to forget one of these things and start over.
  • you'd have to figure out if a webDAV is available through that service - for regular box.com that's https://dav.box.com/dav/zotero - you can try if you can make that work with your university's box.com account.

Just linking pdfs on a box.com account to Zotero won't work with papership.
  • PaperShip currently supports two kind of sync:
    • Zotero File Storage (the preferred solution)
    • WebDAV through providers like box.com.

    Best,

    PaperShip team.
