Upgrade Storagesyncing and Word plugin

Unable to sync, and unable to re-download Word plugin (which at one point worked fine). The plug-in error said it could not communicate with Zotero properly.
I was unable to see my library (years of work... you know the feeling); even on the website as it continued to load in FireFox. Finally I cancelled the loading (x), and then it appeared online. Then several minutes later, it finally showed up in the browser library below. Whew... I was able to add a new reference in the space below that did not seem to load in the browser above (webpage). Then, the gui below began to sync, and did so for about 3 to 5 minutes. Then it threw an error, saying sync didn't happen.

Could you try manually syncing again and tell us what exactly the error is that Zotero throws?
