Syncing error

Days of work in danger of being eradicated as Zotero suddenly won't function correctly..usually crashes few seconds after restarting Firefox, and when trying to sync and save my work so far, all I get is the error-ID 58231950
Any help would be highly appreciated!

I had the following message:
Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [zoteroIntegrationApplication.getDocument]

My Zotero do not integrate with the text.

Zotero is well installed, and I downloaded the plugin for word.

How to solve this problem?

start a new thread (the red "Start a new discussion" button), provide an error report ID & provide steps to reproduce as well as version information for you OS and Word

Bjornstar's issue I'd assume is the same as the one posted here https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/35711/peculiar-syncing-error/#Item_3 so that thread gets continued there.
