syncing error

First it seems to sync but after a while I cannot see any my files and it only says error has happened and restart fire fox.
I don't use Firefox.. So I don't know why it happened and how to fix it.

    The file 'C:\Users\[...]\AppData\Roaming\Zotero\Zotero\Profiles\[...].default\zotero\storage\[...]\[...]' cannot be updated.

    Check that the file is not currently in use, that its permissions allow write access, and that it has a valid filename.

    Restarting your computer or disabling security software may also help.
    There's not much more we can tell you other than what it says in the error message.

    I am having trouble with syncing Zotero from my PC (main files) to the server. I reset the server, and it is now completely erased however the PC files fail to upload. Thus I am also unable to sync to other computers. I also do not use firefox.

    Your help would be much appreciated. Thank you
