Order of fields "publisher-place" & "publisher"

In the item info tab of Zotero the field "publisher-place" precedes "publisher", which is a bit weird (I found this to be the case for books, book sections and patents, so I guess this goes for all item types). Can these two be changed around so that publisher-place follows publisher (or is there some logic behind this that eludes me)?

    In the Chicago-related styles, that order is how the two items appear in bibliographies.
    (New York: Special Publishers, 1999).

    Okay. Still, the info tab doesn't display "Publisher Place" but "Place", which makes it a bit unclear what kind of place is actually meant. Switching "Place" and "Publisher" around would help with that.
