Purged my library online; all updates are syncing; files are not

Hey, I purged my online storage to clean up my library.

Changes I make to metadata are syncing with the zotero server just fine.

But I can't get zotero to sync my files. I've confirmed that my storage settings online say my library is occupying 0MB right now. It's been several hours. Dan, is my file-sync request hung up in the queue?

    I'm not sure what you think purging your storage online does, but probably not what you think. Really the only time to use Purge Storage is if you're switching to using WebDAV. Otherwise you should just delete attachments you don't want anymore and empty the trash.

    If you purged and want to sync your files back, you'll need to reset file sync history from the Sync -> Reset pane of the Zotero preferences.

    Thanks, Dan. I thought I had already tried that. Tried the reset history again and now it's syncing files fine. Thank you!
