Zotero 4.0 compatible Firefox?

Tried to install Zotero 4.0 on my PC, Win7 under my Firefox browser, then found Zotero 4.0.17.1 is not compatible with my Firefox 12. Then I got a Firefox 3.6.28 installed, tried to install Zotero 4.0, again failed because incompatibility of Zotero 4.0.17 :-((

I could not find what versions of Firefox should be used for Zotero 4.0. Anyone can help? Thanks

    Where exactly are you trying to download Firefox from? The versions you're using are extremely out of date and shouldn't be used. Just download the latest version — currently 27.0.1 — from the Mozilla website.

    thanks, I have installed 27.0.1, it works. I thought old versions would be stable than the newer version:-), and not realized they are too old for Zotero, :-(
