Error ID 222111514 - Won't sync group library for first time

Hi,
Can anyone help? We synced one group library no problem - but the second one won't get past this error message.

Component returned failure code: 0x8052000e (NS_ERROR_FILE_IS_LOCKED) [nsIFile.remove]

    Try restarting your computer (some other software is apparently accessing a file that needs to be updated)

    Edit: but also, this could indicate that your data directory is in an odd location (which Dan should be able to tell from your debug log I think)

    I'd need a Debug ID for a sync attempt, not a Report ID.

    To be clear, though, this is a file sync error — it shouldn't be affecting data syncing at all, since data syncing happens first.
