probleme syncing

Hi,
I sync zotero standalone on 3 computers.
One of them doesn't sync.
Report's ID is 426939481
It tells me that their is an empty response of the server and I should resync in a few minutes.
The problem has been going on for a few days now. I don't recall having made any change on this computer.
  • Can you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that triggers this?

    It seems another problem occurs.
    The green arrow is spining endlessly. No blue progress bar appears.
    Their is no message of syncing error.
    However their is a debog ID D614450710.

    Syncing is actually not working well. Green arrow is spining continuously. Sometimes, file are uploaded and downloaded, but most of the time nothing happens.
    Their is no error message.

  • The reason you had the above issue is that you have a huge amount of full-text content (i.e., the text content of PDFs and other files, for searching) to sync. Zotero does this in batches, so I believe the reason you're seeing syncing without anything visible changing is just that it's downloading more and more full-text content. When it finishes that, it will stop syncing.

    I'm happy to confirm this if you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt, which the one you provided doesn't show.
