Password recovery broken

Hi,

There is a "Server Error" when I try to recover my password. Would be great to have that fixed.

  • My account (frudolph) is doing the same thing. Don't seem to find a way to get around this error. No other support seems to be available and that account has/had extra space I paid for. How can this be reset (please note, I've set up a new account to leave this feedback).

  • I'm glad to hear that the site is working for you. Password recovery is still not working for me, however. I encountered an identical error when I tried that function a few minutes ago. I would appreciate any concrete advice.

  • Sending the e-mail now -- thanks! FYI, this problem started about a month ago on Firefox 3 (whatever the last Mac version was before 4.0 was issued), when an "unknown error" message appeared. I've tried on two different Macs with Safari 5.0.5 and Firefox 4.0.1.
  • jarkko.myllari at helsinki.fi: i can't change/reset the password for this account and now I can't sync the library. What might be the problem?

    how do I reset the password? tried to do that a couple of times in zotero preferences (lost password), but finally had to give up and make another account to leave this message.
  • HELP! I cannot access my account! I forgot my password and used the password change feature. I received the e-mail, followed the link, and received the following error: Server Error/ Something went wrong processing your request. I tried following the link several times in different browsers to no avail.

    My colleague is posting this for me because I couldn't post myself due to my broken account. Please help--I'm Susan Dixon of Lexington, VA. I can provide my e-mail to an administrator if needed.
