How to add "cartographers" in bibliography?
Dear Zotero,
I am Habib from Indonesia. I have a little trouble when editing "Vancouver with Superscript" style. I just want to add the word "cartographers" and "[map]" in map type bibilography.
Display that appears by default are as follows:
Pratt B, Flick P, Vynne C. Biodiversity hotspots. Washington: Conservation International; 2000.
I want to add "cartographers" and "[map]", so it looks like this:
Pratt B, Flick P, Vynne C, cartographers. Biodiversity hotspots [map]. Washington: Conservation International; 2000.
Thus only. We are sorry if a bit confusing. Thank you very much in advance.

<text value="[map]" />
for the map part http://citationstyles.org/downloads/specification.html#textunfortunately, I don't think there is a "smart" way of adding the "cartographers" role (I.e. in a way that would make it aware of single or multiple cartographers), so you would probably have to just use similar code as above. adamsmith, fbennett, or rintze would know for sure if this is possible though, so you might want to wait for one of them to respond.
Yes, Mr. Adamsmith. It is written in the "ICMJE Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals: Sample References" (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/bsd/uniform_requirements.html), number 32.
But whatever it is, thank you very much.

not sure if we're going to do that or not.
Whatever it is, thank you for your help.
