Upgrade StorageFor Tag Add, show popup with Last 10 used, Top 10 or Cloud, Alpha List, and existing Type to Filter
The current client process for adding tags requires the user to start typing. (I'm using the Firefox client.)
I would prefer that the "Add" button pops up a dialog box. By default, the dialog box focus would be on a type-to-filter drop-down that works exactly like the existing UI. Then, the dialog box would also have sections (quadrants?) for the last 10 tags used, the top 10 tags and/or a tag cloud. It would also allow a person to select multiple tags at once rather than require them to click "Add" for each tag.
I am willing to do some coding on this, especially if other more-knowledgeable people can help point the way.
