Remove line above end note citiations in Zotero

When setting my citations to display as end notes in Zotero with MS Word, I get an auto generated line above the first end note, and at the top of each subsequent page of notes. Can someone recommend how to turn the line off so it does not display? Many thanks!

    Pretty sure that'd be a Word setting: Zotero just tells Word to insert Endnotes with the correctly formatted citation. Arrangement and placement of Endnotes is handled by Word.
