Style Request: Australian Veterinary Journal

Dear Zotero Community,

How are you all? Could you please help my student peers and I by entering the AVJ style into the Zotero Style Repository?

Best,

Andrew

Please note that we need the exact references given on that page (i.e. the Mares chapter and the Campbell & Peterson article) correctly formatted for AVJ.
  • Thanks for the response adamsmith. I'm just addressing a family emergency at the moment, but I will get back to you soon.

    Dear adamsmith,

I hope 2014 is going well for you. Could you please give me an update on the progess, or movement within the queue with regards to the AVJ style request?

    Best,

    Andrew
  • Hi

I have a problem with IEEE style in Zotero. My citation numbers does not adjust if I delete a citation or add a new one in the middle of my text. For instance if I write on a word file that has 25 references and I decide to add an extra citation in the middle of the text. It would add it as 26 although it is in the middle of the text. Have you had the same problem? Maybe I am doing something wrong!

Or if I delete a citation from the 25-referenced text, it won't change my citations accordingly to change them into 24. It would keep it as it is.
  • @andrew - sorry, this had gotten lost because of all the other stuff happening in this thread. Should get to it in the next two weeks.

@hoda - please start a new thread (the red "Start New Discussion" button)
  • Thank you Adam. You're a hero. Is there anything I can do to help? Would you like me to email you the style guide?
  • I see the styleguide, should be fine. If you're in a pinch, the style for Journal of Psychiatry & Neuroscience is reasonably close.
  • No worries Adam. I'm not in a pinch just yet, but thank you.
  • The style is now up. It will appear on the style repository within 30mins.. (See here if you need instructions for installing styles in standalone.)

Any problems please let us know.
  • Thank you Adam. You're a hero.

    Best,

    Andrew
