Write access to a group

My querry is, i just open my Zotero stand alone and while Zotero software was trying to sync it displayed a warning stating "you nolonger have write access to the zotero group and items you've added or edited cannot be synced to the server.
what might be the problem?

    The problem is pretty much what the message said. You are part of a group where you used to be able to add/edit items, but the group administrator must have changed your permissions so you can only view items now.

    One way to resolve this would be to have the group administrator grant you write access again. Otherwise, I'm not sure how you can clear your local changes.

    The dialog offers to reset the group and clear the local changes.
