[MLZ] subsequent instances of secondary language not showing up

I set up the language preference such that the Journal Title will show up as "Original Language [Translation]". It works fine in the very first appearance of an item, but in subsequent appearances the [Translation] part does not appear.

Any idea why?

This is by design. Some of the design decisions in the multilingual extensions have been influenced by my own tastes and personal experience (because there aren't a lot of well-specified multilingual style guides out there). In our in-house style for student theses, we prefer to avoid the clutter from repeating the supplementary details in subsequent citations, so that is currently hard-coded in the processor. If there is a citation guide used in publishing that requires repetition of the supplementary information on all cites, this could be controlled by a user option.

Actually your in-house style conforms to Bluebook Rule 20.2.2 as well. I thought the translation must follow the original title in every citation, but I guess I must have misread the rule. Thanks.
